Ready for Work has been designed for young people starting out and can help you make a successful transition from education into employment. If you are in full-time education in the UK (or still seeking that elusive first job!), the Ready for Work programme is for you.
You've worked hard to get to where you are. In now contemplating your first full-time job, you may be experiencing different emotions...

- Apprehension - wondering whether what you have learned in your education will be enough for a successful start at work...?
The RFW programme is only free to those in full time education or seeking their first job. If you feel that a programme of this type can benefit you or your employees, programmes can be made available to meet the specific needs of companies through our Train for Work portal.
